As hints of autumn are popping out with new colors, Kallpa House continues its SPIRIT STORIES CIRCLE ⭕️ 🍁🔥 AUTUMN FIRE EDITION into the new season where we will continue to share stories & movement medicine around cozy bonfires throughout Teejop's many parks! Spirit Stories Circles ⭕️ are Mother Earth-centered, spirit-body-mind-heart connection gatherings with STORYTELLING / willakuy, CONVERSATION / rimanakuy and MOVEMENT / tusuy for healing from a diversity of spirit guides, healers, shamans, teachers, artists, and more. ALL ARE WELCOME !!! This week we welcome and are honored by our guest spirit guide & storyteller, all the way from Milwaukee: YANTE TURNER Yante Turner is an openly Trans & Queer Black change agent of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With his background in community care and trans liberation work, Yante serves to uplift, support, and advocate for the diaspora of Black Trans people. This Public Ally alum and former Community Organizing Coordinator for Diverse & Resilient has developed skills in transformative justice and community care. He has a background on social and political based advocacy work around community and racial oppression with a huge emphasis on youth initiated power leading the way. To register for this and/or future upcoming Spirit Dance Circles happening at different parks around Madison, you are welcome to register upon arrival, but if you would like to register beforehand, please "book now" on the link below for the class "Spirit Dance Circles". Registration is on a sliding scale from $20 - $40 , please share as generously as you can, in order to sustain our vital work for the community as healers and artists.
